Business Development (IC)

Work Type: Full Time


This role involves building strong relationships within the influencer/creator community in India. Goal for this role is to onboard and support creators/influencers across any category .We are looking for a result-oriented innovative thinker who can work with creators/influencers at scale. The role will require bringing in top creators/influencers from the industry and onboard them with us - work with them very closely and grow them.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Connect with creators and explain Rigi app
  • Successfully on-board creators on the Rigi app.
  • Generate new leads of creators from Social Media and Internet.
  • Maintain relationship with on-boarded creators.

Skills and competencies required:

  • The Candidate should be well competent with tele-calling and sales.
  • Should have excellent communication skills and good at convincing people.
  • Candidate should be aware of the platforms to dig this data in.

Requirements :

  • Should have 2+ years relevant experience in Sales
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing is a bonus
  • Solid knowledge of category management, business development principles- Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in working in a collaborative team
  • Experience in Lead management and closure
