Creator Engagement and Growth Lead

The Creator Engagement team at Rigi will manage direct relationships with our key creators to ensure that these relationships meet the joint growth objectives of creators and Rigi. This team will run creator focused growth programs running a tightly-knit community with creators which both, allows them to grow as well as brand Rigi as a favourable platform for them to build their audience. Additionally, the team also acts as the main POC for interactions between internal and external stakeholders in context of these creator partnerships.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Design, develop and execute various creator-facing strategic programs with measurable goals
  • Lead the development of a scalable and intuitive creator management playbook to reliably meet creator goals and drive product adoption across a large book of creators
  • Establish scalable channels to discover, educate and grow unmanaged high-potential creators
  • Understand creators’ core offerings and propose novel forms of monetization and engagement
  • Work with a strong P&L owner mindset, always be on top of data, proactively identify and address potential issues
  • Analyse large volumes of creator performance data to identify opportunities and risks
  • Hustle and come up with innovative solutions to fill any emerging gaps in goals achievement
  • Maintain close executive relationships with high value creators. Be an escalation point for all creator related issues
  • Work with agencies and outsourced vendor partners to ensure program delivery as per operational and program goals
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships internally and effectively collaborate in developing new strategic go-to-market initiatives
  • Offer high-touch solutions based on familiarity with product launch status and bugs, proactively advocating for creators and pushing issues toward resolution. Be an internal advocate for creators and suggest product improvement and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of bachelor degree. MBA preferred
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience
  • Avid social media user, understanding of creators, social-media and short-form video ecosystem
