We also enable creators run Exclusive communities on Whatsapp & Telegram too. Where we help manage the groups wrt payments, Member management - addition & removal, renewal reminder etc. but the delivery of the content happens on the WA/Telegram.
Our special focus is on Aspiring creators who struggle to get started and are more susceptible to leave their passion because of low income opportunities in the start.

Should have 2+ years of relevant experience
Excellent communication, listening & problem solving skills
Must be detail and solutions-oriented
Must follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
Familiarity with our industry is a plus
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
Understanding of how CRM systems work
Patience when handling tough cases
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Problem-solving abilities that adapt to a variety of situations
